The financial crisis has caused confusion and uncertainty, a lack of direction, suspicion and risk-averse behavior. This has often led to a considerable gap between the potential of employees and their individual performances.

The purposes of the fuel for growth program are as follows:
- Re-energizing teams
- Re-installing a challenging, new sense of direction
- Creating a positive team spirit and a constructive climate
- Providing the skills that help to think in possibilities
- Providing the team with a process for creative problem-solving and techniques for out of the box thinking.
Every program is designed to meet our client’s specific requirements and contains the following two components.
A. Creative Teamwork training ( 2days)
How to think like Innovators and make optimal use of each others’ strengths.
Creativity and innovation - the main conditions for growth - are the key ingredients in this training program.
The participants will work together to develop “new thinking” on real challenges and issues that are of high importance for them as a team.
The program provides them with a practical toolkit of processes, insights, skills and techniques that increase creativity and that heighten quality of thinking. It will bring new dimensions to teamwork by cutting through conventional barriers.
Apart from acquiring new skills and insights the team will also leave the program with new ideas and action plans for the challenges they have chosen to work on.
B. Refocus on the future (1,5 days)
The tools, techniques and insights acquired in the Creative Teamwork program will be intensively practiced to craft a blueprint for the future.
The following challenges will be addressed:
- The purpose of these challenges.
- How we set clear goals and what are our key tasks and challenges.
- How & what we invest in order to contribute to the growth of our organization.
- How we define new roles.
Creativity techniques will be used to help the teams to look upon the World with “new eyes” and to get off the beaten tracks.
The teams will leave the program with a shared plan with clear directions for its new journey.
